Returns:
In all instances, we strongly recommend that our customers purchase a sample of their desired perfume or essential oil to ensure satisfaction and prevent the need for a return.
Due to our exceptional standards, we cannot resell a product that has been used in any way, which means that the return of one of our products ultimately leads to its disposal. Because of this and other sanitary considerations, we are afraid we cannot accept returns in any form. We want to provide our customers with only the highest quality products, and any excessive handling, use, or misuse has the potential to tarnish this assurance of quality.
Cancelled Orders:
We retain the right to cancel and refund orders at any time. In the event of a cancellation, a refund will be issued to the customer’s original payment method and notification of said cancellation may be issued.
